The Atjeh Connection - Neo Sabang serves authentic Acehnese food in a cozy, stylish café setting. I tried the Nasi Goreng Aceh Spesial-flavorful, spicy, and topped with crispy crackers and a fried egg. Their Acehnese coffee was bold and smooth. The ambiance is relaxed with beautiful decor and natural lighting. Great food, fair prices, and a must-visit if you’re exploring Indonesian regional cuisine.

Its cozy and love the atmosphere. The food we order is pretty okay. Mie Aceh Kuah is very tasteful, love the soup richness. Nasi Gurih is a bit underwhelming, probably we expect something familiar but more tasty variant and we got none. And the last one is Nasi Goreng Special, I enjoy it, the egg is pretty good and the bits on the Nasi goreng also nice. Probably not gonna be my go-to, but you should try for the experience and personally, im pretty happy with it.

Strong gayo coffee, the coffee fragrance you die for. Request for separate condense milk if you dont like sweet (Indonesian like sweet). The steam bread so soft and match with the coffee. Lucky the separate the smoking and non smoking section. But the smoke odor still pass thru the opening.

Nestled in the middle of busy “old street” Jl. Agus Salim, this cozy place offered Aceh and Malay food such as Mie Aceh, Nasi Gurih, Lontong Sayur, Roti Jala, Roti Cane, Ayam Tangkap etc. They also serve various coffee and drinks. The restaurant is divided into smoking and non-smoking area. We ordered Roti Ari was a loaf of delicious soft sweet bread. The Mie Atjeh Complete and Lontong Sayur were rich and flavorful. Medium portion so if you are a big eater you might need more. The Teh Tarik was also recommended. Really good. Good service and friendly staff. Great affordable price with price average between Rp. 25k-45k. Parking is a problem though as in for most restaurants on this street. Will definitely return to try more dishes.

Vintage style, serving Indonesian food. They have smoking and non area. Considered pricey. Tea is not refillable.
